About the Director

Regan Hirose has always been passionate about making dance more accessible and easier to pursue for those who love it as much as she does. Growing up, there were no professional Latin dancers in her area, so she carved her own path — seeking out training opportunities, learning from many instructors, and trusting the process until she found the mentors who helped shape her career.

Because she has lived that journey herself, Regan understands the gaps that can exist in a dancer’s development. Her vision has always been to build an online program that works hand in hand with in-person training, supporting students who may not have the time, resources, or ability to attend regular classes or travel for specific instructor coaching. Whether someone dreams of performing and competing or simply wants to learn to dance with confidence, she aims to provide a trusted and supportive path forward.

At the heart of Regan’s mission is community. She believes Latin dance offers far more than steps and technique — it builds connection, improves memory, strengthens physical health, and supports mental well-being. By creating an easy and welcoming way for people to learn at home — on their own or with friends and family — the platform helps expand the reach of dance while reinforcing what students gain in studio classes. It is about keeping people moving, learning, and connected.

Beyond helping students, Regan is deeply committed to supporting fellow professionals and ensuring the art form continues to grow. The platform gives artists the opportunity to create class series for their own students while gaining exposure to new audiences around the world. Through education, accessibility, and opportunity, Regan hopes to strengthen the global Latin dance community and make its many benefits available to everyone.
