Practice Dress Code:
Proper dress code is essential for kids classes as it ensures comfort, safety, and focus. A consistent dress code fosters discipline and professionalism, helping children take their classes seriously. It also minimizes distractions, allowing them to concentrate better on learning and perfecting their dance techniques. Additionally, form-fitting attire enables instructors to see movements clearly, providing accurate feedback and corrections.
All-Black Dancewear
Wearing all black also gives a feeling of unity within the team, enhancing the sense of belonging and teamwork among young dancers.
Hair Securely Tied Up
Tying up hair keeps it out of the way during spins and turns, reducing distractions.
Proper Dance Shoes (Inquire with our team!)
Proper dance shoes are essential for safety, providing the right balance of grip and slide to prevent injuries. They also enhance performance by offering flexibility and comfort, allowing dancers to move freely and perform complex steps with ease.

Mini Stars (3-5 yrs) 45 Minute Class
Play, dance, and shine — tiny dancers take center stage! Mini Stars is a joyful introduction to movement and music. Through imaginative games, interactive rhythms, and colorful props, young dancers build coordination and confidence while learning simple steps in Salsa and Bachata. Each term includes a light choreographed piece designed to boost creativity and group dynamics on stage.

Latin Stars (6-8 yrs) 1 Hour Class
Learning the rhythm, living the culture! Latin Stars builds a foundation in Latin dance technique and cultural appreciation. Students explore Salsa and Bachata basics through drills, partner exercises, and playful challenges. Each term focuses on a choreographed routine that blends clean footwork, expressive movement, and teamwork.

Superstars (9-12 yrs) 1 Hour Class
Refining style and owning the spotlight! Superstars deepen their technical skills while embracing personal expression. Dancers learn intermediate Salsa and Bachata patterns, develop musical interpretation, and experiment with styling. Each term features a choreographed showcase piece with level-specific challenges like dynamic turns, partner coordination, and layered footwork.

Estrellas Teens (13+ yrs) 1 Hour Class
Technique, artistry, and performance excellence! Estrella Teens fuse passion with discipline, focusing on Salsa and Bachata training that prepares them for high-level choreography and live performance. Teen dancers explore footwork drills, shines, partnering technique, and musical interpretation, culminating in bold routines that highlight both team and solo artistry.

How Does It Work?
Signing up your child commits you to a 10 month contract.
Parents must have a valid credit card applied to their account.
Accounts will be managed through the MindBody app.
Once you create your MindBody account and register your child, you will be charged for the first monthly tuition upon registration covering the month of September. The second monthly tuition will be charged on October 1st, and the remaining installments will be charged on the first of each month.
Important Details
Opt Into Emails & Join WhatsApp Group Chats
This year, communication is our top priority! We want to make sure our parents knows what’s happening throughout the whole dance season and what to prepare for. When in your MindBody account, select preferences and click “Stay in the Loop on the latest news and promotions.”
Monthly Tuition Fee
Our monthly payments cover various services we provide throughout the year such as arranging costumes, picture day, recital videos, and instructor costs. These payments can only be stopped if a withdrawal request is made with us before the specified dates:
- October 31, 2025, for First Term Registration
- February 28, 2026, for Second Term Registration
- October 31, 2025, for Full Term Registration
After these dates, we begin preparations like ordering recital costumes and planning picture day, which require advanced planning and costs. Therefore, monthly payments will continue until the final payment on December 1 (1st Term) or June 1, 2026. Please note that there are no refunds once a payment has been processed.
Withdrawal
A withdrawal request requires a 30 day notice before the next monthly payment. To cancel enrollment, please email us at dwkids@danceworldco.com.
Holidays & Spring Break
Each year we take a two-week break period at the of the December and a one-week break for Spring Break. There are also no classes on statutory holidays. Monthly tuition payments remain consistent regardless of the number of classes each month, but we do guarantee 30+ classes for the whole dance season.
Winter Recital & Year End Recital
Each term will allow for one live performance show. There will be no recital fees for the year as they are now included in the monthly tuition. For every recital, each child is entitled to two free tickets, which is a valued benefit to this years kids program.
Conduct
At our dance studio, we strive to provide exceptional dance classes at great value. We expect all teachers, office staff, students, and parents to communicate and interact with respect and kindness, maintain a positive and encouraging attitude, foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, provide constructive feedback, and uphold professionalism in all communications and behaviors. By adhering to this code of conduct, we can ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
Solo & Duo Opportunities
Is your child passionate about dance and eager to shine on their own or with a partner? Our Latin Kids program offers exciting solo and duo opportunities in Salsa and Bachata that can help them take their skills to the next level!
Solo Performances: Let your child experience the thrill of performing solo, where they can showcase their unique style, creativity, and confidence. Solo routines are tailored to highlight their strengths and help them grow as individual dancers.
Duo Performances: Dancing with a partner in duo routines teaches teamwork, coordination, and trust. It's a fantastic way for children to build strong connections and learn the art of synchronized movement.
Our highly qualified instructors are dedicated to helping your child excel. With their expertise and personalized guidance, your child will develop advanced techniques and a deeper understanding of Latin dance.
Solo and duo opportunities have a separate payment structure from your child’s regular tuition. For more information regarding pricing and schedule, please reach out to our team for more information! We can't wait to see your child shine!

We’d love to answer any questions you may have and share more about our program. Attending the open house is not mandatory to register your child.
