This year, communication is our top priority! We want to make sure our parents knows what’s happening throughout the whole dance season and what to prepare for. When in your MindBody account, select preferences and click “Stay in the Loop on the latest news and promotions.”

Monthly Tuition Fee
Our monthly payments cover various services we provide throughout the year such as arranging costumes, picture day, recital videos, and instructor costs. These payments can only be stopped if a withdrawal request is made with us before the specified dates:
 - October 31, 2025, for First Term Registration
 - February 28, 2026, for Second Term Registration
 - October 31, 2025, for Full Term Registration

After these dates, we begin preparations like ordering recital costumes and planning picture day, which require advanced planning and costs. Therefore, monthly payments will continue until the final payment on December 1 (1st Term) or June 1, 2026 (Full/Second term). Please note that there are no refunds once a payment has been processed.

Withdrawal
A withdrawal request requires a 14 day notice before the next monthly payment. To cancel enrollment, please email us at dwkids@danceworldco.com.

Holidays & Spring Break
Each year we take a two-week break period at the of the December and a one-week break for Spring Break. There are also no classes on statutory holidays. Monthly tuition payments remain consistent regardless of the number of classes each month, but we do guarantee 30+ classes for the whole dance season.

Winter Recital & Year End Recital
Each term will allow for one live performance showcase. There will be no recital fees for the year as they are now included in the monthly tuition. For every recital, each child is entitled to two free tickets, which is a new valued benefit to this years kids program.

Conduct
At our dance studio, we strive to provide exceptional dance classes at great value. We expect all teachers, students, and parents to communicate and interact with respect and kindness, maintain a positive and encouraging attitude, foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, provide constructive feedback, and uphold professionalism in all communications and behaviors. By adhering to this code of conduct, we can ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
